Rachel Dawkins is the Club Director of Fission Volleyball Club, where she combines her passion for the game with a strong background in leadership, operations, and mentorship. A former club volleyball player and current coach, Rachel leads day-to-day operations and plays a key role in shaping the player and family experience at Fission.

She holds a B.F.A. in Communications and a Master’s in Public Administration from Valdosta State University, with a focus on Non-Profit Management. Her career has included impactful roles in university outreach, community engagement, and client operations, including her current work as Executive Assistant at Parkstone Companies. Whether supporting coaches, developing players, coordinating events, or guiding families through the season, Rachel brings positivity, professionalism, and a heart for the players at the center of everything she does.
