Open Gym Structure:
Serve: 15 minutes
Serve Receive: 15 minutes
Hitting: 30minutes
6’s: 60 minutes
This is an open gym hybrid with loose schedule to allow for each player to get reps in all areas. This is not a private lesson with skill instruction. Any guidance will be general & brief.
