BIO
Cole is the Owner and President of Fission Volleyball Club, bringing a unique blend of sports experience, business leadership, and local commitment to the role. A former student-athlete at Cornell University, Cole played Division I football while earning a degree in Applied Economics & Management with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. That high-performance mindset continues to guide his approach to club leadership today.
Originally from Atlanta but raised in Valdosta, Cole returned home to build a family and a legacy of community-driven ventures. He has since founded multiple companies under the Parkstone umbrella, where he serves as CEO, and draws on those leadership experiences to ensure that Fission is run with professionalism, excellence, and care.
Cole co-founded Fission with his brother, Jake, who played a key role in establishing the club’s foundation and early vision. Jake has since stepped back from day-to-day operations to continue leading other Parkstone ventures, but his contributions remain deeply woven into Fission’s roots. The Parker brothers’ passion for youth sports, mentorship, and high standards is what led to the founding of Fission. That founding vision to provide an elite and uplifting environment where young athletes can thrive — not only as players, but as people – carries through to this day.
Cole lives in Kinderlou Forest with his wife, Gabi, and their two children, Bryce and Kennedy. When he’s not in the gym or behind the scenes helping drive Fission forward, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or out making memories with his family.
