Haley King is from Lakeland, Georgia, and began playing volleyball at the age of 16. Despite discovering the sport later than many athletes, she quickly developed a passion for the game and went on to compete in varsity volleyball at Highland Christian Academy before playing all four years at the collegiate level. Haley spent two seasons at NCAA Division II Young Harris College before transferring to Salem College, where she competed on both the indoor and beach volleyball teams. During her time at Salem, she helped lead the indoor team to a share of the USA South regular-season championship and the USA South Conference Tournament title while earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology.

As a coach, Haley is passionate about helping athletes build strong fundamentals, grow their confidence, and develop a lifelong love for volleyball. She is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where players are challenged to reach their potential while feeling supported both on and off the court. Her experience as a student-athlete and involvement with Morgan’s Message have also shaped her belief that mental well-being is an essential part of athletic success.
