Val Gallahan played NCAA Division II volleyball at VSU and Panola College and brings over a decade of coaching success to Fission. Now entering her 13th season as head coach at Valwood School, she has led her teams to 8 Region Championships and 2 State Championships. Val also coached for 7 seasons at Prostyle Volleyball Academy and joined Fission in 2024. She returns this season eager to continue growing the game and inspiring her athletes.
